Meet — Ade (FAD) Faderin
(Ambassador of Experience )
Ade (FAD) Faderin is the Founder & Owner of FAD Fine Dining Restaurant, an authentic Nigerian and African fine dining establishment serving the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding communities for more than 16 years.
Before entering the hospitality industry, Ade built a diverse professional career spanning finance, treasury management, accounting, technology implementation, consulting, and client relationship management across the United Kingdom and the United States. His extensive corporate experience provided the foundation for the leadership, operational discipline, and commitment to exceptional service that he later brought to FAD Fine Dining Restaurant.
Prior to founding FAD Fine Dining Restaurant, Ade worked with ADP (Automatic Data Processing), a global provider of human capital management, payroll, transaction processing, and business solutions with over 21billlion in revenu. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, he managed key client relationships and worked directly with senior executives, decision-makers, and project stakeholders, providing technical expertise and strategic project direction.
During his tenure at ADP, Ade held significant practice and performance management responsibilities, including managing project teams, developing staff, and reviewing project performance. He also designed a corporate metrics model used to measure the performance of sales representatives and client support personnel. In addition, he played a lead role on a team selected to implement one of the first major acquisitions within ADP’s Small Business Services (SBS) Division.
Ade began his professional career in London, United Kingdom, where he worked with Thomas Cook as a Foreign Exchange Manager. He later joined the London Borough of Lambeth, Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS) as a Senior Financial Officer, further expanding his experience in financial management and administration.
In 1996, Ade relocated to the United States and joined Arthur Andersen LLP as a Payroll and Tax Analyst Consultant. In this role, he worked closely with the firm’s technology teams to implement accounting software applications for Fortune 500 clients. He also provided extensive application training and support to clients’ senior tax professionals, controllers, and other key financial personnel.
Ade is a graduate of South Bank University in London.
After a successful corporate career, Ade followed his entrepreneurial vision and founded FAD Fine Dining Restaurant. Drawing upon his international background, business expertise, and passion for African culture and cuisine, he created a restaurant dedicated to showcasing the richness, authenticity, and sophistication of Nigerian and African food.
For more than 16 years, FAD Fine Dining Restaurant has served guests throughout Atlanta and its surrounding communities, offering authentic cuisine complemented by warm hospitality and a memorable dining experience. Under Ade’s leadership, the restaurant continues to celebrate African culinary traditions while creating an inviting environment where food, culture, and community come together.
Ade (FAD) Faderin’s journey from finance and international corporate consulting to entrepreneurship and hospitality reflects a career defined by leadership, innovation, service, and a commitment to excellence. Through FAD Fine Dining Restaurant, he continues to share the flavors and hospitality of Nigeria and Africa with the wider Atlanta community.
